The wisdom of the sages introduced us to Panchakarma - a therapy for detoxification and healing. What does Panchakarma mean? It involves five actions - Vomiting (Vamana), Purging (Virehana), Enema (Vasti), Nasal cleaning (Nasya) and Blood Letting (Rakta Mokshanam).
