Panchakarma is a form of bio-cleansing which cleans the body tissues from toxins. As an Ayurvedic therapy, Panchakarma helps in the elimination of disease-causing factors in the body.
Sickness or disease is not the only reason to go in for Panchakarma. Even healthy individuals in the age group of 18 to 70 can take it up for health and rejuvenation reason.
Panchakarma is beneficial in treating joint disorders, slip disc, skin ailments, headache, migraine, chronic cough, asthma, gynaecology disorders, depression, de-addiction etc.
The general duration varies from 7 to 60 days. There is no pre-decided package for a Panchakarma treatment. It varies with case need and requirement.
In Rishikesh the nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun.
The holy city Rishikesh is also connected by bus, train and car from New Delhi.
Wash your hands regularly with soap and water at frequent intervals, or clean them with alcohol-based sanitiser or hand rub. Sanitization of all accommodation rooms, reception, dining area, treatment centers is a must. Travel bags and luggage are to be sanitized thoroughly at the arrival and departure lounge.
Check-in time is 1200 hours and check-out time is 1100 hours.
It is advisable not to bring your pets to Retreats.
Smoking, non-vegetarian food and liquor are not allowed at the Retreats. Satvic food, herbal water and farm-fresh juices are served during the day. You can request for tea, coffee and beverages.
